“When we are inspired, we act. And when we act, change can happen.”

That quote, apropos of the Rotary ethos, was shared by luncheon speaker Jennifer Stolo, who spoke about the forthcoming film “No Address” filmed in Sacramento. More on that later.

Opening the meeting, Steve Shiflett’s thought for the day focused on life wisdom from Hollywood great Anthony Hopkins. Among Hopkins’ thoughts: “If you do things, whether it’s acting or music or painting, do it without fear.”

Rotarian Recognition by President Bobby Reed included Justino Santana, Jamie Furlong, Bobby’s kid, and PE Kerry Wood. If you are in Comstock’s Magazine or the Business Journal, Bobby has been sworn to find you and recognize you!.
