“Service Above Self” Public Safety Award
Criteria for Nomination: The Service Above Self Award honors a local law enforcement officer, fire fighter, or other public safety officer or employee who has distinguished themselves by going above and beyond the call of duty by improving our community through volunteer service. Please describe in detail your nominee’s contributions to our community that you believe make them the ideal candidate for this award (attach additional page if needed):
